The flooring in the vanity area and the bathroom is coming up off the floor. there are some very sharp edges. You should consider getting a coffee maker that takes K-Cups.

Great to sit on balcony, drink coffee and watch sun rise or have a drink and enjoy sun set.

Absolutely loved the condo. Took a minute to understand the shower but it was great!

Great condo

Everything about this stay was great! The location was perfect and the room was exactly as described, unbelievable! The host was the easiest to deal with. The response time was minutes. The only negative was the beach chair process. We had two with our rental, but from the first day the rental hut told us they had them all rented. Just go pick two and hopefully no one will use them. This process needs corrected. Other than that everything was great! Will definitely stay here and use this host again!

Great condo! Great communication with owner, good parking, great area, great pools except part was closed due to a recent fire. Pull out sofa was bent and could not be slept on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this resort again.

This condo is advertised as sleeping 4 people. My family of 4 certainly was unable to sleep comfortably in this rental. The “sofa bed” is a literal joke. Not only was the frame broken, but the “mattress” was approx 2 inches thick. When we sat on it, the metal poked us in the hip causing pain. Therefore, my entire family of 4 either had to share the King bed or one kid slept on the couch. There are many safety issues I found when it comes to small children. The sliding door can easily injury hands, the tiles in the bathroom were not properly grouted to the floors. The dishwasher had sitting water at the bottom when we arrived. Also, our fire alarms went off almost every morning as I was cooking bacon because of the slightly sketchy stove/oven. Overall, we were not too pleased with our stay. We visit PCB and Long Beach Resort every summer and this was by far, the most unappealing condo we have booked.

Hubby & I enjoyed our stay so much. Not sure where to begin. Great communication before arrival. Even notified of early check-in if we chose to do so. Unit was clean & the decor is amazing. Everything we needed except for a pizza cutter, but I could have overlooked it. The walk-in shower is the soooooooo nice!!! The balcony is huge. Access to the beach was a breeze & no long wait for the elevators. Can't beat the view from the 9th floor. We have stayed in lots of places in the last 30 years & I can honestly say this was definitely high on our list of favorites. Totally stress-free. Attempted to add photos to my review but was unable to do so.

We got everything we had hoped for during our weeklong stay in this unit.We had the option of sitting on a spacious balcony with multiple seating options while looking over the ocean. Two large sliding doors made access easy and allowed us to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Sunsets were spectacular from our balcony.The beach was Punta Cana quality. Fine white sand. Long walks. Plenty of seating. Security always close by. Bring sunscreen because we enjoyed blue skies. The resort has three pools but we couldn't leave the beach.Lots of shops, stores, and restaurants close by. Several within walking distance.The decor was eclectic which was funny but fit the beach vibe.I wish the bbq was more accessible. Grilling some steaks would have made the nights better for those that like to avoid the clubs and restaurants.Bring your own pillows. The bed was huge and the sheets were clean. The pillows smelt like the previous guests.Eclectic decor added to the charm

The condo is cosy for two. Ceilings are a bit low and decorating very ornate. Overall building seems dated but all the pools and common areas are nice and clean. Beach is great!.

Beautiful condo! It was a great place to spend a week away from every day stressors. I would definitely return for another visit.

These Kansans enjoyed yet another trip to the gorgeous Gulf and PCB. Condo owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. Condo is very eclectic and probably has the best a/c in any condo we’ve rented. We kept it at 70° and it felt like an igloo and never struggled. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to keyless entry as a vast majority of other places use. It’s cumbersome to keep up with physical keys while traveling back and forth from the beach etc. Other than that, no complaints!

We love staying at LBR. The condo had everything we needed. Love the large balcony. Great location. We will stay again.
