Stayed Jul 13, 2023When I booked this place I was going off the pics on the website, both VRBO and Brett-Robinson. The sofa and small chair were the same but the rest of the furniture in the living room was totally different and shoved together. The sofa was hard as a rock and the chair smelled of urine. This furniture was not the type to relax on. We ended up laying in the bed, which was a hard mattress, just to relax. The bathroom counter was totally misrepresented on the website. The counter was so small I had to put my makeup, curling iron, and husband’s toiletries on the floor. The ceiling fan had a coat of dust on it as well. When talking with the desk at our building, she blamed everything on VRBO about the pictures on the website. I have never in my years of using VRBO or Brett-Robinson been so appalled at the unprofessionalism of staff! The website that shows these units are misleading to say the least. This trip was a special occasion for my husband and I and it was not as special due to disappointment of this place! The lady at the desk said “ this is a hotel” not a condo. Well it’s advertised as being “ like a condo”.. we requested a refund but was met with unprofessionalism again.

Stayed Apr 15, 2016Very nice staff. AC filter completely clogged with dust and dirt. Furniture dusty, floor swept, but needed mopping. NEED MORE THEN 2 ELEVATORS!!! It took 45 minutes to get an elevator to get our belonging off the 12th floor when we checked out. Need more parking also.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo/hotel was great. Located in central Gulf Shores and close to everything. Balcony view was great! The bunk beds are too short for teenagers but the sleeper sofa worked great. Highly recommended for family getaway.
