Reviewer Comments: We were very happy staying in this condo with beautiful views from every window and the porch. Clean & comfortable 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds -- a must for kids who don't want to share the same bed. Equipped kitchen. Comfortable den. Extremely easy access to the beach. Quick walk to pier, harbor and town. Pool was always the perfect temperature, even when the weather didn't cooperate.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes this place has a view of the ocean. If you are going to read a book, chill out on the balcony or catch up on sleep during the day, you can forget about it. Multiple construction sounds disturb this otherwise pleasant place. If you turn around and look from the balcony to the kitchen you will notice a significant downslope of the floor. The dinner table shows the drop in the floor. If you’re trying to work or chill I would avoid this place while construction exists( I wish I would have booked somewhere else because of this.) Also, from someone who remodels homes, it is WAY past time to do so on this property.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024This was our first time staying at North Coast Village. This particular management company for this unit was great to work with—communicative and with easy instructions and not too many rules to remember. The condo was clean and our one small issue was promptly addressed. This unit is in one of the more interior apartment-style buildings with an indoor entrance and is directly above the parking garage entrance. Because of this, there was some noise from cars and passerby, but not a deal-breaker. You do have nice views of the beach and harbor. Beach towels and chairs were much appreciated.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We stayed here for a week and loved it. Short walk to the pier and Oceanside plus the beach is right outside our door. Lots to do for the kids including the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Beautiful views greeted us from every window, and we went to sleep with the sound of the waves. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was as advertised. All three beds were comfy and the furniture was in great shape too. Wonderful choice, hope to be back soon!
