Stayed Jul 27, 2025We love Litchfield By The Sea but not this property. It was ill equipped, not clean and had quite a few broken things. Management did their best to right the wrongs, but I cannot recommend staying there at this point. There is a lot of work to be done.

Stayed May 16, 2024This is the second time we've stayed in this unit because the size and bed configurations are great for our group. We love the location (especially the view from the balcony and proximity to pool and beach access) and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bathrooms have not been updated and the unit could use a deep clean (visible dust on bathroom vents and under the dining table; dust bunnies behind beds when looking for outlets) - these are not problems for us but could be for others. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Condo was nice, location couldn't have been better. Major problem, commode in one of the bathrooms didn't work. Water was turned off, but we were not made aware of a problem. Consequently, we ended up with a flooded bathroom. Called the office, had a couple of different people try to fix it. No success. So we were short a bathroom for the entire week. This should have never happened. This problem should have been disclosed at the beginning. Owner/Vrbo knew there was a problem, but didn't tell us. Other than that, we had a great time.

Stayed Jul 25, 2021We really lucked out getting an oceanfront condo just a few months before our stay. The downstairs of the unit opens up to the pool and boardwalk to the beach, plus the other pool with the lazy river is just a short walk. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room, which was great. The unit itself was a tad run-down (less important) and not as clean as I would have hoped for (more important), but at least we weren't worried while we were there.
