    Our stay started off great by using the Poipu Athletic Club facilities, as we were not able to check in as we transitioned between check out of our other unit on the island. This was a great option. The unit was well equiped, with a lovely view of the sunsets and the sounds of the ocean from the lanai, as long as you didn't mind the parking lot conveniently located in front of the unit. Crashing ocean waves could easily be heard nearby as you peeked out at the ocean. The single portable AC unit was not near enough to cool the entire unit, but with strategic placement, the front bedroom was kept cool, while the back bedroom (which we did not use) was cooled with open windows and fans. The washer/dryer was great to have in unit, as were the beach amenities for the trips out. Overall, it was a great location and well equipped unit.

    Great location, couple minute walk to the beach. Lovely communal bbq area. Big deck. We had a great time!!

    This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pretty central to everything the island has to offer.

    Very comfortable well-appointed 2BR corner condo with large lanai, ocean and sunset views, great breezes, and sounds of the waves. Good location - Walking distance to Shipwreck, Brennecke, Poipu, and Kiahuna beaches...reasonable drive to anywhere on the island.

    The problems began from the minute of checkin. We were told by Vikki the property manager that the condo was ready for checkin. When we arrived the condo was not ready as housekeeping were still working. Upon arriving we noticed the building was run down and very outdated. The pool was very small and in a very awkward area. After a long day of adventure we were tired and ready to relax by eating dinner and watching tv as a family. After using the well stocked kitchen we sat down to watch tv which did not work. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. But the worst was the bathroom had no door so anybody going into the bedroom had a full view of the toilet and shower. With no AC it was unbearably hot as the trade winds that we were told would keep the condo cool was no existent. The next day began more problems as I had to wait in the condo for 2 hours waiting on tv repairman and maintenance while family was out having fun. That night when we were exhausted from vacation after about 10 minutes being back the electrify in the condo began to surge where power was out in some areas of the condo while other areas was surging. We called as it was advertised 24/7 emergency maintenance and Vikki the manager stated that all she could do was call or text the emergency maintenance. After 30 minutes of no response called Vikki back and she said that was all she could do. Also very condescending and rude when she was told we didn’t feel safe. NO SMOKE DETECTORS! BEWARE!

    The condo was exactly as expected and described, very clean and organized, and had just about everything we needed. The instructions were all very clear and easy, we didn’t feel the need to reach out about anything during our stay as it was all provided. We were especially grateful for their flexibility to check in early because we were traveling with an infant, and they were accommodating because it was possible with their rental schedule. Would rent from the company again and would rent this unit again!

    Property is dated. Our condo well equipped. Some problems including floor buckled, boogie boards broken, balcony needs repair (peeling paint & rusts)small fans filthy which we had to clean as best we could, bedroom screen locked shut & could not open, only partial ocean view.

    Our first time to Hawaii, and it was magical! Waking up for a cup of coffee with a view, then a quick walk down to the most amazing snorkeling beach…. What a perfect way to start the day! We will definitely be back! Mahalo!
