Stayed Aug 2, 2025The views are amazing. The location is amazing. The spacious balconies are great. The layout and size of unit is also great. Parking was promised for 2 cars @ 50.00 to cover both. Our actual cost was 115.00. Blue Swell would not honor their documented quoted price. Blue Swell was very responsive to questions. The condo provided very few hangers. (7 in main bedroom.....one was broken) There is no typical 9x12 baking dish or even a pizza cutter. Both of which we needed. The dining table is attractive but the surface is not level and drinks tend to wobble around. The rug in the living space leaves debris all over your clothes and anything that touches it. The rug is very dirty......filled to the brim with sand. Other dirty items - dish rack, entire dryer lint catching area, washer softener cup and under it was caked in old detergent, some floor areas had hair and debris. Main bedroom shower floor needs to be addressed. Large roach came in on a beach towel from patio. Beach Rental chairs are broken and need attention. We chose not to use them and that was one of the reasons we chose this condo. My grandson tripped on the living room rug and fell into screen door damaging it. Blue Swells accidental damage waiver covered this 100%. A for that program. Would maybe rent again if condo updated some these items.

Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy yhe ocean! Well laid out and my kids appreciated that they had separate beds in the guest room. Condo was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our week. Easy check in and checkout, easy access to the beach and pool. Wr really enjoyed our stay!

It has large wrap around deck with a great view of the ocean. Great pool and short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for families!
