Stayed May 28, 2022Unit was very clean. We traveled with little kids and they let us in as soon as unit was ready. That meant a lot! Host is really great! They answered all the questions we had prior the arrival. They also called to check if everything is ok and if we need anything. Pleasant surprise was the kitchen. It was very clean and all the pots and pans as well. Guys working on the beach are very friendly. The beach is really steps away from the unit. Overall, really nice property. We didn't spend time on the pool at all, but it seamed a little small.

Stayed May 9, 2022Love The Sunset Cottages. Would stay here again bc of the beach nearby and pool...but only on ground floor..no elevator. BUT not in 5A. Unless you like a REALLY EXTRA FIRM bed. Its like sleeping on a brick floor. Backaches galore. But cottage was decorated very nice, very pretty. Hooks in the bathroom which i love when at a beach. Toilet was fickle about flushing tho. But overall...SUNSET COTTAGES are fantastic!

Stayed Sep 10, 2021The condo overall was wonderful!! It was just as the description said steps to the pool and beach which was great especially when you have children!! The only complaint would be it needed more storage for clothes and the upstairs neighbors were noisy. I will definitely be coming back to stay and will recommend this property to family and friends!!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We've stayed here before and it was great. Everything we could think of needing in the kitchen was there. Very clean which made us really want to keep it that way. Being very close to the beach was a plus as well. This time we did have a few things that were disappointing. The cleanliness wasn't the same. The air vent in the bedroom is very dirty, my mom cleaned the ladder on the bunk beds, and the washing maching had a very bad odor (probably from it being closed up wet). I really wish there the option to put something on the top bunk to prevent falling off. My kiddos would have loved to have taken turns sleeping up there but without a proper railing they could not. It is great that just about anything you might want for the pool, beach, or ocean is there for every guest to use. The pool was the perfect temperature. The price had increased from last year but what hasn't.. We will have to see what next year is like!

Stayed May 26, 2024Property was exactly as listed. Pool was always clean. The only thing we needed while staying was a little extra toilet paper and food! When the beach was under warning because of currents the pool was always available. This is my second stay with my sister and the first for my husband and daughter. We will definitely be back!
