Stayed Jun 28, 2025Master bath shower and jetted tub did not work. Maintenance came out and fixed shower, Tech said they would send another technician out for the jetted tub, but nobody ever showed up. Ceiling fan blades don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in years. Also a little bit of a challenge trying to figure how to lock the electronic door deadbolt on the day of arrival. If you have an oversize vehicle, parking is a challenge. Overall the room was nice.

Stayed May 22, 2025Check in was easy, parking was easy, overall the property was spacious and in a great location. Cleanliness was for the most part okay, but if you did a deeper inspection it wasn’t the cleanest property. About half or more of the living area is tile and the grout looked like it has never been cleaned. It was black, and it wasn’t black grout, which was obvious in some corners you could see the normal grout color. We had 1 major and 1 minor problem during our stay. The major problem was the AC stopped working and not only did it stop working but it was set to Cool, but was pumping out heat. We returned from the beach to find the condo at 82 degrees with the cool setting of 68 and it was around 60-70 degrees outside. They informed us that the AC was being controlled by the owner so the thermostat on the property was basically for looks. This issue wasn’t resolved until the following morning. The minor issue was the fridge was leaking water, this was due to a faulty water filter, this issue was also resolved the following morning. I will say the communication was decent during these issues and they were resolved within a reasonable amount of time, but would have obviously liked to not deal with these issues during our stay. Overall the location was great, the condo felt larger than it looked in the images which was nice, and overall the stay was decent. I don’t know if my group would book here again due to the cleanliness and issues that popped up.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The condo was great, just like the pictures. A block away from Seacrets and the beach. Perfect for our friends get away. The private access to the bay is highly underrated, and the rooftop pool was clutch when we didn’t want to walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Long weekend getaway with our adult children. The condo was great for us. The weather was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. The rooftop pool was wonderful. Very easy check in. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This condo was beautiful and very clean. Good location very centralized. Our only issue was that a dog pooped in the stairwell and the odor lingered for a few days. Certainly not the owners fault but disappointed that the property manager didn’t clean it better.

Stayed Aug 21, 2023We enjoyed our stay! Cute condo! Nice layout! Loved the private porch outside the living area and Master bedroom. Great communication with property manager. Great kitchen with full refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool on the 5th floor and only steps to the bay and a couple short blocks to the beach.
