With gorgeous views surrounding you will never want to leave! Step outside and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn that is a perfect setting for a night of stargazing. This backyard oasis will have you lounging for hours and enjoying the sounds of the ocean breeze. When you need a break from the beach, Sunseekers is less than 5 minutes from the great shops and restaurants on 30A.

Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably you will love the newly updated décor and furnishings making you feel right at home! Walking in you will see the opening to the kitchen and dining room with seating at the bar and dining table. Straight through the dining room you will enter an amazing living room with unobstructed views of the beach. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with access to the hallway. Closer to the living room you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. With a flat screen TV and ocean views- this is sure to be the perfect spot to wake up and fall asleep at.     Condo was lovely. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms a little on the small side but kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The view and access to the beach were unbeatable!! Appreciated the beach chairs that were there. Would definitely return

    We loved this space! We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella that was waiting for us every morning when we walked to the beach! There was also a coffee shop within walking distance, and the furniture was lovely. Beds were super comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing! This is a GREAT find for being in the 30A area—at the time we went, there were only maybe 3 other couples on the beach!

    Excellent stay. Premier location in our opinion, much more convenient than seaside or watercolor. Enjoyed easy access to beach. Unit was fantastically clean, easy to access, and everything worked exceptionally well. Owner obviously gives it lots of attention and pays attention to small details. Decorated extremely well! Not a showstopper for us and we will absolutely return soon, but maybe some appealing landscaping out back and fresh paint on outside would take condo to next level. Would also recommend a garbage receptacle at beach entry at bottoms of stairs. Rental property management was best we've ever experienced in FL and we come several times per year. They called and/or text EVERY day to see if everything was ok. Don't find that level of service after the sell anymore. Also, on evening before, they offered us an early check in even though we couldn't get there until afterwards. A small gesture that went a LONG way with us that didn't cost the owner or management team any additional money. Everyone should make this practice standard. Hard to find a complaint!

    The unit was comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach. The complex is old; you could hear every single footstep in the unit above. I can't imagine how bad it would be in peak season. Unit was a little musty smelling but wasn't horrible. The landscaping could use some TLC for sure. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Love the area!

    Decor is wonderful- comfortable and clean. Very attractive paintings and decoration. The bedding is comfortable. And of course the gulf front location can't be beat!

    We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoy being right on the beach and the area of Blue Mountain Beach is perfect for a family getaway when you're wanting to avoid the crowds in Seaside and Watercolor. It's quiet and plenty to do with amazing restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. We don't spend much time in the unit but it met our needs. Just a few recommendations for improvement. I would recommend a good clean out of the kitchen, so many dishes and every cabinet was shoved full. For example, the unit had 3 toasters, 3 coffee pots shoved places, a ton of mix match coffee cups, glassware and plates. Some shelves were even bowing because of the weight of the dishes. The toilets were also a bit loose and would move when you sat on them. The cable was not great. Channel guides didn't load channel information and the tvs and the picture was set to be smaller than the screen size. You would think tvs would all just have Rokus or something so families could watch their own apps for tv and movies. We have two kids and since there's an age gap, one slept on the couch bed and the other in the spare bedroom. We wished the spare bedroom was double beds instead of one large one because the couch bed wasn't very comfortable.
