PARKING: Romar Beach offers onsite, covered parking for 1 vehicle. Limited visitor spaces are also available on a first come basis. Romar Beach has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place.     AC leaks from ceiling, around the vents and have for awhile at the damage that was around the vents. Glass stove top is cracked.Floor was filthy and there wasn't a mop to make it any better-the bottoms of your feet were black in no time just from walking around inside the condo.Small inconvenience of not having any baking sheets but improvised with aluminum foil.The pool was smaller than anticipated, and despite it being pet free there were pets around and pee spots around the property.You pay for a beach gear voucher, and then use it. Scheduling was easy, but the tent was hard to use; they give an option for a metal shovel despite them not being allowed on the beach.There's no office to check in to get a parking pass (despite all the communication stating there was)--it was in the condo when we checked in; no idea what you're supposed to do if you had drove two vehicles.

    Instructions to the property were perfect. We were able to enter with no problem. The kitchen was updated, with like-new microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, and a good supply of dishes and utensils were provided. The seating areas inside were nice as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable.

    The property was nice. Location was good. The only issue was the condo was dirty when we checked in. Found some sort of pill on the floor. Candy wrappers and a used Kleenex. Caked food beside the stove. Really dusty also. Especially on top of the fridge.

    Pros-dishwasher, washer, dryer in unit, 2 bed, 2 bath, close to beach, restaurants and shopping, lots of kitchen items Cons-wasn't that clean when we arrived, dirty floors, corner in kitchen and bedroom, tub, shower curtain, vents, bed rails, ceiling fan, doors, all dusty/ dirty, dead bugs at entry. For longer stays a 2nd kitchen towel and hand towels, also a toilet brush, bath mats, and dustpan would of been nice. Not really set up for colder weather. The floors are really cold. Bed cover super thin, no extra blankets. NOISY, next to busy road, construction across street, sitting outside is obnoxious, 630am garbage truck, forget sleeping in. Would have been better in warmer season and clean per the exit fee amount. Also scheduling for bug spray during customer stay, in the middle of the day, would have been nice to get a heads up.

    A bunch of small issues made one big issue with our stay. The thermostat needed new batteries, and the condo would not stay cool. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the AC filter was extremely dirty. It was the dirtiest AC filter I've ever seen! The beds are not good. Our queen bed sunk in in the middle so my husband and I ended on top of each other in the middle of the night due to being sunken in. The bed was also very unsturdy and should have been replaced years ago! The floor was not swept, even a little. The floors were full of sand, and there was hair all over the front bathroom floor. We swept before leaving since the cleaning crew doesn't seem to know how to do that at all. And last of all, the light bulb out in the fridge.

    Overall, a good stay, but the beds were uncomfortable and they are in desperate need of 1 tightening the beds or changing something cus they made a ridiculous loud noises, the bedding was old and not necessarily clean and the pillows should definitely be trashed and replaced!! The AC was not keeping up during the day, so maybe a new AC and no ice maker or even ice trays was shocking. Most stores were out of ice so to not have any ice machine or again, just ice trays, was very disappointing. The tenants directly above us must have had children because when we were in the room there was constant running/walking and it was annoying.
