Your stay includes 6 passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), giving you free resort access to its amazing facilities, including multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, and water slides. You'll also have access to a shared backyard space.

Cancellation Policy Note: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
