This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no stairs to enter. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, large flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating with plenty of natural light and mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

    Older complex but very spacious and well maintained. Very close to stop number four on the red line. Staff when we had to call about something was lovely and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again

    The condo was nice and clean. The cookware needs to be replaced, it is in bad condition. The bed is squeaky and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that our stay was great .

    To begin with there is no assistance outside of business hours because (as is expected for mammoth) the condo is run by a service. Therefore they should supply excellent instructions for appliances and things like heating and how to use the fire place. No lighter was supplied for the fireplace. I expect (based on dozens of other stays in mammoth) to be told to bring your own supplies for the fireplace or for it all to be provided. When we arrived at 6:30pm it was 55 in the condo and there were multiple possible heaters/thermostats. Took forever to figure out which ones worked and how to use them. On top of that we couldn't start a fire. Then the opposite happened. It was too hot in the night and we were trying to reset all the thermostats at 3am to lower temperatures. A simple sign on the wall indicating which thermostats to use would have saved a lot of grief. Plus a warning that the heater while it takes a very long time to work after being set to 55 is very powerful and should be turned down to below 60 at bedtime.

    Soooo this place was amazing as far as location and the space. My only complaint was that the walls are paper thin. Can’t change that unfortunately and our upstairs neighbors were up late the first couple of nights. 1am and woke up early like 6am. Again not the properties fault. Just beware. I would opt for 2nd floor if you have a choice. We traveled with our dogs so we needed the 1st floor. Also, the mattress sucked. It has like a topper on it that was not fitted right so I had trouble getting comfortable. Despite loud upstairs and questionable bed topper, we really enjoyed the property. We tried picking a different room but they had restrictions on # of pets. Oh yeah and the windows need repairing! A lot of them did not close properly. We like fresh air. As far as location you can’t beat this cause it’s close to restaurants and walking path which we loved. We won’t be back to this room in particular but we will try another one at this property.

    Nice, quiet location. Size of unit is generous. It was well stocked with towels and all kitchen supplies. The sheets, bedroom and closet smelled stale, as if the bedding hadn't been washed or freshened for quite a while. The unit needs paint and wall repairs: there was a gap in the dry wall between the toilet and the tub. There were chunks of wall plaster on the corners that need to be patched and painted. There was no bath mat for grip in the shower, which made it dangerously slippery when bathing. Hot water in shower didn't last too long. I guess this is what you get for a pet friendly accommodation under 300 in Mammoth.

    This condo suited our purposes as we had to find a single level condo quickly.It is dark and felt like it hadn't been updated since the 70s.We didn't use the kitchen because the rest of the family was at a different condo

    This place was ok, it could definitely use some updates (a lot of the windows/blinds were broken, pretty dark inside, bed was very noisy). Nothing terrible, just ok. Great location!

    Great location - in town, within walking distance of Mammoth Creek and the park. A little old, nothing special, but 100% clean and functional, and we got to bring our dogs.

    Outside was very well kept. Location was awesome! Inside was dated but clean. Overall, was a great stay. But bring your own pillows.

    - Well-kept, neat & clean property. - Easy check-in and check-out - Excellent pet-friendly location - Property is spacious for large dogs, also have a small patio. - Tesla supercharging station within 2 mins drive, 5 mins walking - Supermarket, Coffee shops, restaurants within 2- 5 mins drive - Major Vista points within 20-35 mins drive
