Sunrise to Sunset views from corner Balcony

Great location we were on the 3rd floor a corner unit we enjoyed sun rise and sunset .GrearLocation.Minutes from Grocery Store and other amenities! Beautifu to be right on the Beach .Very comfortable other than the Bed mattress in Master could be replaced .Balcony is a bit cluttered. Really enjoyed our vacation there .Hope to return next yr .

The location was perfect. Right on the beach with quick easy access. View of the ocean is spectacular from the bacony. The condo is very convenient to shopping and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Very well furnished with all necessities of home and well stocked with kitchen appliances and tableware. The building is quiet and everyone was very friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed our very relaxing time . The hosts are great and communicate everything very clearly. Thanks for everything, we'll be back again.

Generally, there were no surprises. Communications with the condo owners went very well. I do suggest you watch their video on using their lock before arriving. The building was built in 1986/1987; therefore, it shows some wear. However, the owners association seems to be trying to keep the structures up to date. The indoor pool is good and the jacuzzi is great. The location provides a relaxed atmosphere. The condo owners have done very well renovating the condo. Only the refrigerator is older and shows wear, but cranks out serious cold air. The condo is well stocked. You can get in at midnight and have what you need. The owners also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The balcony has three different types of chairs so you can find something that matches your configuration. Our only issue was with cleanliness. The first impression is of a very clean flat. But contact areas between old and renovated areas (e.g., tile and baseboard) have buildups of dirt. Under furniture is the same, and inside the pullout couch was VERY dirty. The cushioned mattress cover in the main bedroom needed washed. These cleanliness issues were irritating, especially since these owners have a condo that is recently renovated, in a prime location in the building, and a building in a great location on the SC beaches.

This condo was right on the beach, so it’s all about location! Teri responded quickly when I sent a message, so she was awesome.

Property was cute and clean. Ocean view was great. The size was a bit tight in the bedrooms for our grown teenage sons but would be fine for smaller children. Host communication was kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend this property!

I cant say enough about the view! Having an end unit that was open was wonderful. The views of the sunsets were amazing. We couldnt see the sunrise as it was beyond the curve of the beach. Also, ironic that we had a cresent moon at Cresent Beach while there. Getting to the beach was a breeze but sitting on the patio, having a cup of coffee, and watching the dolphins was just fabulous.

Great location, weather, amenities. Great trip all around.

Property was clean, well-supplied, decorative, and in a good location. We loved the fact you can see the sunrise and sunset from our corner location. Teri & Mike were absolutely the best hosts. Communication was great. Due to a previous storm, the table and chairs on the balcony were damaged and missing, and within a couple of days they had a new set delivered to replace them. Store's and restaurants are close by. The beds are very comfy, and we never stayed at a place where the bedroom ceiling fan didn't make some kind of noise. This one was very quiet. Do yourself and family a favor, when in N. Myrtle Beach, this is the place to stay.

We rented this condo while we were waiting to go to settlement on our house in Myrtle Beach. I could not have asked for better hosts. They were so accomodating and periodically checked in on us since we rented for an extended stay. Having full appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer helped us tremendously. This location of the beach was great and very quiet which we loved. The view from the patio was great as this was a corner unit. Thank You Terri and Mike for a great stay and helping us with our transition from Texas to South Carolina. (I wanted to write something in your book but I forgot).

We had the best family vacation at this property. The location is perfect due to the quick walk to the beach, and short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Terri was so helpful, making sure we had all we needed, and checking on us throughout our stay. The updates to the condo were great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The place was absolutely what we needed. It had an abundance of everything. Bowls, plates, cups etc. The place was clean, there was always hot water for our showers. It was clean and the view was top notch! The beach was just steps away from the clean and warm ocean. Teri and Mike were great hosts and we would definitely recommend their place!

We had a great week at NMB. This end unit condo had a nice, large balcony and fantastic oceanfront view. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. Teri checked in with us before and during our stay to ensure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to enjoy a beach vacation. What couple of problems i had Teri responded quickly took care of them for me.
