Sunrise 2011 | Gulf-Front 3BR Retreat | Beach Service

First the good news. We loved the property, the location in the building with a great view of the ocean. No sunrise but sunsets were beautiful. Now the bad news: we were not told that 1/2 the 4 elevators were under maintenance so waitiing for elevators became a game. I waited once for 20 minutes and finally gave up. I pretty well stayed in the condo because of the elevators situation and never went to the beach. The younger members of our party were able to wait for long periods of times or walk down 20 floors!! Once, one of the 2 working elevators got stuck!! So it was down to 1 elevator for 25 floors full of Fall Break vacationers. I complained and I was told yes, they should have told us about the elevator maintenance scheduled during one of the busiest weeks of the fall. We would have found a different location. If it had 5 or so more working elevators I would recommend it but I would wait until March which we heard would be when they finish the elevator maintenance work??? Nice view and condo though :).

Phenomenal location with amazing views! Best area in PCB in my opinion. Beautiful condo, didn’t lack anything! A few issues, construction going on with no notification, potential issue with plumbing. Was offered another condo, corner unit, so we wouldn’t be bothered but only offered us 100 refund to do so. Elderly mother and disabled daughter, luggage, food to move, 100 was not worth it. Plumber showed next day and walked in, told the unit was vacant. Beach Service rep was rude, several guests mentioned this. Workers in snack shop/bar were SUPER friendly! Overall, was very happy with this place.

The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated with ample storage and had lots of extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, liquid handsoap for each sink and smart tvs. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great place would definitely recommend

Beautiful room. Elevators had maybe a 5 minute wait...which isnt bad for 25 fliors. Saw dolphins and sea turtles from our balcony. All staff were very kind and hospitable! Would definetly stay here again!

Very nice accommodations and very please everything. Plenty of space for 8 people.

Both of our kids graduated college and this was a family holiday celebrating. This place was awesome! Balcony every morning with my coffee and the sound of waves was the best! I recommend this place and want to come back tomorrow already! Thanks so much for the wonderful week!

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest very easy to get to beach...great veiw..beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again. Only issues was the ice machine but they did bring us ice. Maintenance was fast and check in and out was super easy.everything was remarkable clean

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was right in the middle of plenty to do. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee watching for different kinds of fish, dolphins and sting rays. Evenings had some great views of the sunset from the balcony. Beds were super comfortable. This was our first trip with a corner balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking.
