Sunny upper-level beachfront condo with Lake Michigan views, fireplace, deck

There are no words to describe how perfect this place is. The view of the lake is breathtaking, calming, and energizing. Sunsets at this property followed by stargazing are unbeatable. And the calm breeze through the pines while walking the trails on this property is nothing short of therapeutic. My wife and I absolutely love this place!

Terrible. The condo should not be rented to anyone. Filthy and run down. Dishwasher didn’t work and couldn’t be repaired by Vacasa. We will never rent from Vacasa again and will post our experience

Relaxing place, great location, terrific views off back deck/balcony of Lake Michigan. Well maintained home and community. Trails and walking the river within community great. Very close to all hiking trails and dune climbs. Vacasa was great also. I was a little concerned with the change, but was very pleased with their customer service and responsiveness. We initially had another one rented that turned out to be not good at all, and they quickly were able to move us over into this one instead. Thankful it was available! Thankful they took care of us.

This was a great location that was easy to reach and had beautiful views of lake Michigan, Manitou island and sleeping Bear dune.

The views from this condo are beautiful! However, we found the condo in serious need of maintenance and deep cleaning. We had to wash all the fans (which we much needed because there is no AC) because they were layered in dust that flew every where when we turned them on. The kitchen drawers, cabinets, and stove were dirty and we had to wash dishes and silverware before we could use them. There was also mold on one of the shower curtains. The internet code was incorrect, several lightbulbs needed replacing, and several other small things that could use some updating or just repairing. Other than that, we found the condo to be spacious and conveniently located.

We are 4 friends who travelled together during the Pandemic. This place was spacious enough that the 4 of us could be inside an still keep the social distancing. The view from the balcony is priceless. The easy access to the beach allows a walk/run at the beach any time of the day.

A lovely space for a getaway. It was very clean and spacious. Check in process was very easy. The view is to die for! 10/10

This is a beautiful location with great views of Lake Michigan! The condo was very comfortable and adequately supplied. We were able to drive all over Leelanau Peninsula for day trips, and return on time to enjoy the beach and sunsets in the evenings. Thirty five steps up to the main floor of the condo made hauling our luggage, food, etc a workout, but who couldn't use a workout, right?
