Stayed Sep 30, 2025We stayed here a year ago and really enjoyed it. We came back and had a good experience but noticed that it wasn’t as clean or kept up. The place needs a deep cleaning. Dirt and things under beds, couches, kitchen cabinets and room doors are dirty, master bedroom toilet doesn’t shut off completely, kitchen sink faucet has a micro leak that sprays everywhere. The WiFi didn’t work and it took two days for property manager to respond. One of the fobs to enter pool and beach didn’t work. Property manager never responded on request. With the amount the property manager is charging and the lack of serve provided, if I was the owner, I find someone new and better.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025The kitchen was well stocked and easy to keep.We had a small problem with a cupboard door which we noted on our arrival. Our property manager was alerted to this. However, it was not repaired before our departure. Only a small point, really.We have been coming to Excelsior for 20 years. We love it!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this complex. I just wish we had been told that it was in block three as all the blocks have the same numbers for the condos. Big comfortable well equipped we are going to book again. we rate this as a 91/2 out of 10 and we have been coming to siesta key for the past 20+ years.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Good space for vacation, but when we came in, the place was not very clean. Bathrooms were still dirty and we had to do a cleaning upon arrival. Overall large space and very convenient.

Stayed May 14, 2021We loved our time at the Siesta Key condo! Having access to the private beach was a highlight, and it was a great area with restaurants/shops nearby and easy to get to the village. Would definitely return.
