Stayed Jan 24, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of Crescent Royale. Great pool/common area, easy access to the beach, great view, easy walk to Siesta Key Village. Our room this time was outdated, but comfortable. Owner should store the beach chairs and umbrella in the parking area locker. Keeping them on the balcony clutters that prime sitting area, plus brings more sand in the room. Management should also think about relocating the smoking area. Having it in the grilling area where you are preparing food makes no sense. On site management does a great job. We would definitely stay again, but probably try a different room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had everything we needed. Location is also perfect, right across from Siesta beach. And free trolley to Siesta Key Village.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not impressed with my condo stay. The place was outdated, the bedspread was dirty along with the comforter in the closet stained. The white leather chair wa badly stained, and bedroom carpet was old. The bathroom was the only nice area , would not recommend staying in this condo for the price they charged me.

There's a nice sized balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with beautiful Siesta Key public beach right across the street. It’s a nice walk to siesta key Village, or a ride on the free trams. If you’re an Ice, cream lover, you’ve got to go to Kilwins in the village. The leasing office staff were pleasant and helpful. We go to siesta key every year, and I hope this condo will be available on our next visit.
