Everything was perfect. It was a great spot for the family to relax and enjoy sand in the boots festival.

Good place for a family to go. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The beach was beautiful, and the condo met our family needs well. Would definately recommend.

The property was beautiful at first glance, but there were multiple issues with cleanliness. The couch was filthy with stains, dryer had mold around and there was no vent, the vents were covered in dust, dishwasher rack was rusted to the point that was rust spots on the dishes and tub and showers were full of dirt and grim. I communicated with the host several times during the stay and they tried to do maintenance on the items they could. I appreciated the candor. They however offered a refund due to issues and when we checked out to discuss compensation, she would no longer respond. I contacted VRBO and they have now reached out three times with no response. We were significantly inconvenienced as we could not wash dishes or cloths with the appliances we had and I was cleaning myself to feel half way comfortable with the accommodations. I understand that they were unaware of the issues, but was very displeased with our stay and was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication after check-out. I hope this prevents someone else from having the same experience that I had. We have turned this over to VRBO.

The only problem with this property was the dryer was not working. They did let us know that before we arrived. Other than that everything was great! The pool was not crowded which surprised me on a holiday week. We had a great vacation!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo. It is exactly as described. We usually stay beach front, however, the bay front view is amazing day and night. Plus, you are only a few step from the beach when you take the elevator to the first floor. We will definitely be returning if at all possible.

The condo was very nice and was very well stocked. The location is perfect for being out of the main activity, yet convenient to everything you might want to do. Our only complaint was the cleanliness , and the dryer sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard and took over 2 hours to dry four towels. Overall it was great and we would stay here again.

My family enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and roomy. The view is beautiful from the main living area and bedroom. Beach access is convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome on the rainy day. The security guards and front desk are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed was in the condo and the location was perfect. Very friendly staff and such a clean building. The elevator was really quick which helped for trips back and forth to the beach.

This condo was wonderful and meet all and more of our needs. Our only complaint was it could have been cleaned a lot better! We when first got there I was unpacking barefoot and I noticed the bottom of my feet were black. Windows and furniture definitely hadn’t been cleaned or dusted. Now bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bedrooms were. Other than the rugs they were pretty dirty! Not sure they had been vacuumed. Now we had a wonderful time! This condo is convenient to everything! The beach is gorgeous!! If this were my condo I would want to know about the cleanliness. I know the owners don’t live close. And they are paying to have it cleaned! They need to know. It could be better!! We would stay here again for sure!!
