Sunny, oceanfront condo with balcony, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna & view

The view is absolutely beautiful make sure you time the sunrise because it’s worth it. One morning, we even got to enjoy a pod of dolphins. I counted around 20 or so, and that was such a awesome experience. It was a little too cold to enjoy much outside during our stay, but my two kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.This isn’t a private host; it’s a company that owns the condo. They provide a starter kit with dish soap, a dishwasher tab, and a packet of laundry detergent. Be sure to bring coffee filters. If you forget an item, there’s a Walmart close by.My only complaint is the pillows in all 3 bedrooms. Each room had lots of decorative pillows but only two actual sleeping pillows. There were additional pillows in the closets, but there weren’t any extra pillowcases for them.Also, the second-floor elevator button for going down didn’t work. It wasn’t a big issue for us since we’re mobile and just used the stairs, but it could be inconvenient for someone older or with mobility concerns.Overall, it was a mild inconvenience during our two-day stay. I would definitely come back because the view and the location of this beach condo are hard to beat.

Wonderful!! One of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. This is our second or third time at Grand Point and it never disappoints.

We absolutely loved it and are going to try and stay here again next year!

Location was awesome. It was Clean. The twin bed wasn’t comfy. But it was a great place and I recommend it.

nice small quiet condo complex... no parking issues, no waiting on elevators issues, no fighting for a chair at the pool and what a beautiful view of the beach and the pass watching the boats come and go!! Great Location!!

It was a nice location, however; you should be more specific about location. Example: On the bay with a short walk to the Gulf (beach). We had difficulty with the entry door lock. It was difficult to open with the code.We tried starting the dishwasher before we left the premises, but it never came on.

Nice location and view. Unit was clean and had well stocked kitchen. Beds were ok, could use some better pillows. It could use a few upgrades, but we would probably stay here again we had a nice time.

The condo was a great fit for our group. We hope to come back soon.

The four girls took our 75 year old Mama to the beach. MEMORIES!!! We will treasure them forever!

This rental is great! Parking is a little bit of an issue at busy times.

Easiest check in and check out process ever! Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Would not hesitate at all to stay here again and i highly recommend!
