Stayed Sep 14, 2025This community is a vintage charmer. We enjoyed the open floor layout of the unit with lots of natural sunlight. The beautiful tall deck chairs were a rare surprise. Love those. No staring thru the pickets. Score! Thanks PJ.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Loved the complex. I had to pay 75 for linens and they weren’t quality at all they were the host’s personal linens. We stayed for 9 days and was not provided with any provisions to last through our stay for example 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No dish soap only 2 laundry pods no tissues or paper towels when people travel and rent a place we shouldn’t have to go buy all that stuff The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning as well

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was the most well-stocked place we've ever stayed! In addition to a ton of kitchen supplies, the pantry was full and there was toilet paper, soap, detergent and paper towels. PJ was very responsive and when we had an issue with the smoke detector, he had someone come take care of it first thing the next morning. The place was clean, close to the beach and no bugs.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Property was exactly as stated, excellent location. Near to grocery stores, several restaurants. The view was gorgeous! The sound of the waves, collecting seashells each morning, I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Great location on Emerald Island. The 4 star rating reflects a strong musty odor in the 2nd bedroom and limited household supples: partial role of paper towels, one detergent pod for the washer, no plastic wrap or aluminum foil, one extra trash bag. These supplies were not specifically listed but certainly make an easier stay for guests.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We had the best time! PJ is very responsive and made sure the entire process was hassle-free. Everything about the place was perfect. It’s very cozy, short walk to the beach, amazing view from the deck, and close to shops and food. The condo was stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach as well. It felt like home away from home! Highly recommended from a family of 5.
