Sunny Ocean Club Condo | Pool & Private Beach Access | Steps to Shore

Will rent this condo again. Kitchen is well equiped and everything was very clean. Very short walk to the beach, private walkway within the complex is really nice.

Everything about this little condo was great! The location to the beach and shopping, the cleanliness, the pool right outside the back door for the kids. A bike rental place was almost directly across the street which was a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice place, awesome location, super clean, cute decor. Could work on ac vents and fan situation in the guest room, but we were able to manage with the floor fan provided. Also could work on the pillows being more comfortable. Kids loved it and didn't want to leave, nice pool, super well stocked kitchen, had a lovely picnic out back at the outdoor table, loved the huge dining table that we could all fit at!

There were 4 of us girls on this trip and we had the very best time! Not only was the condo very clean but the location was extremely convenient being only steps away to the pool & beach! Short walk up to Coligny Plaza also.

We loved this spot. It was very clean with great storage too. The walk to the beach was very close and we also loved the heated pool. We also found the beds very comfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location itself plus the proximity to the beach was great. There are a couple simple and inexpensive things that could be done to make the experience so much better though. First, beach towels would be a great improvement to the stay. We have never stayed at a beach front rental that did not supply beach towels. This would have helped us tremendously considering that we used air travel for this vacation. Beach front property/pool should equal beach towels. Second, coffee filters. Every coffee maker requires a different filter which makes it difficult to know what you need ahead of time, yet there were none supplied. I even contacted Vacasa and they verified that coffee filters were not provided. Such a simple and cheap thing that could be done! Now the major thing that NEEDS to be addressed is the carpet. It is extremely worn with obvious stains in areas plus has a musty smell to it which is understandable considering people are coming in and out from the pool and beach with wet bodies and feet. Some vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpet would be a HUGE improvement and honestly, a necessary one. The last thing that I would say is that the bike path/walking gate code we were provided was incorrect. I tried contacting Vacasa regarding this and they said they were opening a ticket about it but I never heard back. We had to jump the fence if we wanted to get out and use the path.

we were pleased to have both a pool AND the ocean just steps away. The home is very comfortable for 4 adults. TV worked well, Kitchen was well stocked. would definitely stay here again

The location is wonderful: super close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The townhome was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay!
