Sunny, Gulf-front beach condo with central AC & a pool

Wonderful vacation spot, worth it

Master bedroom needed new sheets. The ones on the bed were rough and peeling.

The stay was perfect and the house was clean and also had beach chairs for our stay. The kitchen although was not stacked with coffee or even salt/pepper so plan accordingly.

The vrbo was very clean and well appointed. Great view of the Gulf and beach. Loved the decor and the layout of the condo. We'd stay again

The views were wonderful. Felt very peaceful.

It’s good. Needs a furniture update (uncomfortable and broken chairs and dirty throw pillows); and definitely need to be more transparent about lack of balcony.

Dirty towel left in bathroom. Trash on floor Garbage disposal not working. Cleaners walked un while I was in the shower.

Loved the property, condo was decorated very nicely and extremely clean. King bed was firmer then what I like but not too bad. Loved my stay and would rent again.

The property was clean and just what we needed for our family of 5.

We couldn’t ask for a better room. It was so nice. We met new friends as well at the pool. Everyone was very nice.

We love the Edgewater. The condo was very clean, and I actually love the enclosed balcony. This is our second time at the Edgewater, and it is becoming a family favorite.

It was spectacular the whole stay. Very relaxing. Quiet as a stay could be. Nice people. Only complaint I have is the American Flag was caught up on the pole with a tear. Why it bothered me I don’t know. All in all I have no complaints. I would like to come back.

Could not have been better! We loved the swivel rocker recliners! Sofa was great too! It was so clean! Great condo! Great stay!

Our location was good and we had easy access to the beach and other amenities. The main disappointment was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were discussing, with the amount of built up dirt in the grout lines. My wife and I cleaned the floor three times before we began to see a difference. By the time we left and 6 moppings we could see a significant chance in the floors. If we were charge a cleaning fee, we should be reimbursed.

We loved the place! Great view of the ocean with the large dining room window. We stayed two nights. Prior to arrival, we received text messages with all the information needed! We didn’t need to reach out. The place was super clean and provided with plenty of toiletries and towels. 10/10 recommend staying!

This was the perfect condo for our yearly mother/daughter trip. Beautiful location. Enjoyed spending time at the beach and easy to get to the beach. I would recommend put a memory foam top on the spare bed. Overall, beautiful condo and would stay again.
