Gorgeous little condo! A lovely short walk to downtown, and a beautiful trail close by along the river. Stayed there with a friend and there was enough room in the bed that you could fit another person between us. Highly recommend!

The property was easy to get to, but the original email instructions on how to get into the property were wrong. It took me an hour to find the updated instructions in the VRBO app. In the apartment, it was not as clean as I would have expected. The bathroom floor had lots of hair, I had to wipe down all counters and all the dishes in the cupboards had dirty drips or were sticky.

All information received was timely and accurate. Check in was a breeze, the unit was as represented and had everything we required for our stay.

Beautiful stay, lots of places nearby to walk to, hotel was a little confusing to navagate inside. But suite was beautiful, open, and nice balcony!

Lovely space however entry codes were not sent were incorrect or described incorrectly and communication was poor about getting access to the property including parking, and main door.

The property is in a great location. Quite busy for street parking which is to be expected for the number of condos in the area. We were not able to use the underground parking due to the size of my pickup truck. We would recommend that a check of the cutlery is made periodically as we were short some items.

Nice condo & good location but needs a deep clean - mostly the bathroom. Managing all the security combinations to get in and out was a bit difficult for us (but maybe that’s just us). The portable A/C vent was duct taped to the window and kept falling off. We retaped it and propped a towel around it but still worried it would come off. Needs a professional repair.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to Canmore and bus service to Banff. Apartment is spacious and really well equipped. Generous coffee and tea supplies. Bed is huge but bathroom is small and 4 adults (as listed) would probably find it cramped. Perfect for 1 or 2. Overall the building is a little worn, e.g. the elevators are dark and dingy, hallways are quite tatty. Also note there is a large extractor unit just outside the apartment bedroom window which means it’s noisy to have the window open. There is a ceiling fan and portable a/c unit.

Great stay

The condo was very well stocked with the essentials. Ben was very quick to respond to messages.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. This is a wonderful location in Canmore, within ~10-15 minute walking distance of the main area of town. We loved how convenient it was but that it was also just far enough removed to still provide peace and quiet. The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved using the barbecue grill on the balcony. The only thing missing was a working refrigerator, which was just an unfortunate mishap that the host informed us about after we checked in. However, he did a great job communicating with us about his efforts to get a new replacement refrigerator for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until after we checked out, but this was just unlucky and no fault of the host. Overall, the host was always very responsive to our messages when we had questions and provided us with a great hospitable stay. We would stay here again if we're ever back in Canmore!

Whereas I don’t think the suite should be considered ‘premium’, it was a good place to stay. No regrets. Parking was easy.

The condo was clean and neat. Noisy tenants above. Air conditioner was a delightful necessity.

Nice location and worked well for my wife's CME at Banff. I would suggest the manager provide renters with the number of the parking place. Some of the lighting is not best in the garage and makes it difficult to see the room numbers hanging below the parking space number. We would also suggest instructions on the use of the coffee pot and dishwasher to be provided to make the stay better.
