Stayed May 11, 2023We didn't want to leave! The unit was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was incredible and the ocean breeze and sound of the waved from the beach were very relaxing. Groceries were a 5 minute walk across the street and there were restaurants galore in every direction. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next trip.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The condo was great!! Excellent location with a Publix across the street and a Dunkin. The condo complex is on the older side with basic facilities but with an ocean view and beautiful views it’s hard to complain. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Cocoa Beach pier is a quick 10 minute drive.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Honestly, this was the best property I have ever stayed at in Florida. It was beach front and also had a pool. Everything was perfect and I could have spent every day just sitting on the patio watching the ocean. The tiny walk to the beach was also ideal. I love the furniture and the comfort of the beds. I will be definitely rebooking for our next trip to Florida!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Everything about the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Was at the condo during hurricane Helene, rental management kept great communication. There were no issues and continued with our vacation. .

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We enjoyed the condo. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The pool was clean and deep so my son loved it. The condo had four chairs, two boggie boards and a cooler which was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo. Just be aware their are stairs to get to the two bedrooms.

Stayed May 3, 2024We had a pleasant stay at Paradise Beach Resort. The location was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within walking distance. The beach and pool areas were easily accessible from our unit. The unit offered a breathtaking ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. However, the master bedroom window could have been cleaner to fully appreciate the view. Regrettably, the floors and dishes appeared to be unclean upon our arrival, and there were no mopping supplies available for us to clean the floors ourselves. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this location.
