    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Seagrove Beach property! The location was fantastic—just a short walk or bike ride to everything we wanted to see and do along 30A. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was AMAZING! We instantly felt right at home. Communication with the host was top-notch—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

    This was our first time in the 30a area and what a great experience! While we couldn’t find availability right on the water for our weekend, this was a great place. Directly across the street from the beach and conveniently just above a delicious restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if I go with 4 or less people.

    My husband and I stayed a long weekend on 30A for a wedding at Old Florida Fish House, which was right down the road. We had a little free time and loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We both grew up going to PCB and I don’t think we will go back. We fell in love with 30A! The beach is so beautiful, I’m sure having private beach access contributes to that. The Perfect Pig and shops downstairs were also convenient. We went to Cafe Thirty A for dinner and absolutely loved it! The condo was clean, close to so many restaurants and shops- just a quick drive down the beach to Seaside. We’ll definitely be back!

    It is a beautiful layout, very clean, and relatively quiet. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. and a card is necessary for opening a private gate to gain beach access. The condo is located in a densely populated area. There are many excellent restaurants to enjoy, and beautiful seafood markets nearby if you love to cook while on vacation with freshly caught fish in the well-equipped kitchen,

    We stayed for 5 days for my daughter’s graduation trip. The unit was super clean except for an old shower curtain, which was quickly replaced by the host without any hassle on our end. There were plenty of clean towels, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the private beach access and walking distance from a few restaurants, everything was convenient, and we felt safe the entire time. The Perfect Pig (restaurant below unit) is delicious and staff is friendly! Be sure to call ahead to book beach chair/umbrella setup or you might not get one your first or second day. LDV is the company they use. This place was perfect, and we’d definitely go back!

    Having the ocean across the street on a private beach helped bring a relaxing vacation to the pinnacle of perfection. The accommodations were ideal for us. We made a few meals at the condo that was at times difficult to get moving for the day. We did activities up and down the coast, and really enjoyed each others company. Keep in mind we have been married 24 years. Thanks again for the memories.
