Stayed Jan 24, 2022No frying pan in kitchen. TV inoperable in kids BR. Many lamps were missing bulbs and/or nonfunctional. Everything else was great!

It is clean and they provide everything you need. There is a w/d in the condo. They have plenty of towels and provide tissue which is needed in winter. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Sundowner II was perfect for our family. Walked many times to town- centrally located! Free ride bus stop right across the street to ride to lifts.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Solid condo for a family vacation in Breckenridge. Well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, location is central to all things and very walkable. Only drawback is the technology in the condo was pretty outdated - TVs didn’t work very well as they are very dated, WiFi had constant challenges and it took a couple weeks to get a technician out.

Not quite ski in, have to walk 200 feet or so, but there’s a shuttle right outside to take you to the lift for ski out.

We loved being able to easily walk to town, and have access to the the free shuttle service to get us anywhere we wanted to start our ski day! Thank you!
