    My cousin and I go to Breckenridge almost every winter to ski, and we wanted a place a little closer to the slopes this time.The Snowflake lift was a couple blocks walk uphill, or you can take a short bus ride. However, you can ski down very close to the unit if you stop right above Pinecrest.The accommodations were first rate and the kitchen had everything you could need! We stayed for four nights and I don't have a single complaint. The communication with the property manager was superb, and they allowed us to park for a little while prior to check in. I would love to own this place, but would settle to rent it again the next time I'm in Breckenridge. Thanks so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Sundowner II and it didn't disappoint. The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom with everything we needed for the perfect stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a desk available for anyone who needs to catch up on work, and the wifi was fast. We especially like how quiet it is - no noise from neighbors and you can barely hear others moving around the unit. The views from this particular unit are from the kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms but the unit is generally light and bright, with a cozy patio overlooking the courtyard and a fireplace to warm things up in the evening. We also really appreciated there being so many tissue boxes around the unit! Sounds small but the elevation change does a number on our sinuses so having easy access was very much appreciated! Breckenridge Resort Managers were very easy to work with and provided everything we needed in the detailed emails we received in advance of our stay. We extended our stay by a day and the process was easy. We would definitely stay in a property they manage again.

    My family had a wonderful stay at Sundowner II - perfect location for access to the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main St. The condo was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and bedding as well.

    Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.
