In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski activity. No near or close to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).

Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits (both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.

Enjoy this newly remodeled two-bedroom unit (remodel complete summer of 2023). Living area with fireplace, balcony, flatscreen TV with DirecTV, DVD, sofabed, seating at both table and bar. Fully equipped kitchen with granite and slate. Master suite with king bed, fireplace, balcony, deep soaking jetted tub, and more. Second bedroom and full bath. In-unit washer and dryer.

And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.

And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Rates subject to change while presently $50/night peak winter December 15 - April 15 and during the July 4th Forum Fest period, $25/night other times, with in/out privileges. Effective with stays booked on/after April 10 2026 long term (30 night or longer) stays will be charged for parking but will be extended a 50% discount (eg parking for a 30 night non-peak stay will be $25/night x 30 nights x 50% = $375)

    Great location with great amenities. Sundial resort staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The ski and boot storage is perfect. They store all skis and boots in the lobby ski room. Boots are air dried overnight. Would stay here again.

    Great place to stay! Location is amazing. Management can not be beat! They communicated before I arrived, and throughout the time I was there with any questions, couldn’t ask for better!! We will definitely be staying there again!

    Perfect condo for a family on a ski trip! Ski in ski out made this trip manageable with three young children! Spacious and clean. We will definitely be back next year.

    The property was very clean and well equipped. We loved the close proximity to the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble lifts. We had no issues with management and check-in was a breeze. We will be back.

    Very old unit, the Coffee machine and the dryer didn’t work, the tv at the living room didn’t work either. Some lightbulbs were not working. And the worst was the nonstop horrible smell all the time. Would definetly NOT RECOMMEND it specially since it is advertized as a luxury rental, everything in there is very old and bad mantained. It certainly need remodeling.

    The place is well located in canyons. The lack of a lock on the master bedroom and door handle for the pocket door were annoying. The killer was the smell from kuchu shabu restaurant which is directly below this 1st floor unit. Property manager brought air fresheners but those were ineffective. The last night the restaurant was closed so the smell of hot peanut oil subsided a bit. Canyons isn’t particularly central to anything other than lift access + few restaurants so a car would be useful. Uber/Lyft are spotty at best in PC.

    The condo was perfect for a family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a 1 minute walk to the Orange Bubble Lift! We also loved the ski and boot valet. We will be back!

    Our family of 4 stayed there comfortably. Had everything we needed and more. The condo was well appointed. Great, convenient location. Ski on ski off. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee. The resort doesn’t include that.

    The place was in great shape and very clean. There were a few staples that weren't available (comforter on bed, water pitcher, pizza cutter, etc) that would have made things a bit easier.
