Sundial C208: Updated w/ Gulf Views, Washer/Dryer!

Very nice condo, everything we needed while my husband recuperated from surgery in Ft Myers. There was one issue with the sliding glass doors and the property manager sent someone right over to check on it for us.

The apartment was decent. I don’t think the air conditioner was working properly. It was extremely hot in the unit. Although they did have fans, it was not enough to keep us cool. Another disappointment was that once the rised, the sun would shine on your face, in the mornings, while you were sleeping. The curtains are very thin. I think this is also why the unit was always so hot. My biggest complaint was never addressed. I contacted the property manager, sent emails and text messages regarding a bed bug issue. I hope all of these items get resolved before anyone else stays here.

We had a really nice time staying at this condo. Everything was found as advertised. No complaints. We will be back!

This was my first time in this condo and it did not disappoint. The condo was extremely clean and easily accessible. The washer/dryer in the condo was a lifesaver. The condo could benefit from a new mattress/sleeper sofa mattress, but is not a dire necessity. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. Just steps to the pool and beach. Wonderful restaurants near-by. Bicycles delivered to the condo were already there when we arrived. Lots of easy, flat trails to ride all over the island. Loved our time there.

The overall Property was great. The complex was well taken care of and very easy to get in and get out and loved the location. The unit was as advertised, the only small suggestion is the storage for clothing wasn't adequate for 2 people for an extended period of time. No dresser in the bedroom. Loved the addition of the desk but needed more room for folded clothing. Kitchen set up was great, but need a little space for food No real storage space. Cabinets and drawers were full of kitchen where (which they had everything :) Would definitely recommend for maximum of 2 guests. View was spectacular and although it seemed a distance from the beach, the path from the condo was short and easy to get to. Overall a winner and will recommend.

The condo was very nicely remodeled and very clean However the duvet cover on bed was filthy looked like someone had a picnic in it. The mattress on bed needs replacement. You sink right down on one side and there is a ridge in the middle. Will not rent again because of the mattress.

It’s in a great location, has a nice gulf view, quick walk to the beach, and nice amenities. Photos are true to what you will find in the condo. Grounds are well maintained.

The king bed actually squeaked and caved in all over. The view was great. It would be nice to have a dresser in the bedroom also.
