The Space:

Sundial A201 is located within Sundial West, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community. Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just steps from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.



The Neighborhood:

Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

    Everything was amazing! The condo was pristine! It was in the perfect location. Close to the pool and beach. An issue with the TV was fixed quickly. This is our 2nd stay with Rosen Vacations and will keep coming back!

    Sundial A201 is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom unit. The second floor corner location in the westernmost building was just right for us, as we were looking for a quiet getaway. It was spotless, bright, comfortable, and well-appointed. The light and beachy decor was soothing. We loved that the second bedroom had 2 queen beds. Lanai access from both the main living space and master bedroom was wonderful. Communication with the property manager was easy through the VRBO app and the response time was fast.It was so nice returning to beautiful Sanibel Island and seeing first-hand how truly resilient and strong the people who call it home are.Thank you for providing the perfect vacation home. We cannot wait to return!
