Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and grilling area with picnic tables. We provide beach gear, along with STARTER toiletries, dish pods, trash bags, papergoods, and coffee for a hassle-free stay. This family-friendly, low-density complex is just a short walk or drive to Little Lagoon Bay and all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Parking passes are $52 and you will receive an email from VRP Access with a link to your parking pass.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Be sure you go through the entire place to flip every switch, test out everything, even if you don’t plan on using it, to see what works/doesn’t work. If something is not working, let them know immediately or you will be responsible, whether you used it or not!! Aside from that good location and beach access. Parking is a little tight/difficult if you have a big SUV
