️Sunchase 104, Cozy Beach Condo, 1st floor, steps to the beach

We had an amazing stay!

Very close to the beach. Unit was nice and clean.

Let me just start by saying i love this condo. Ive stayed in the Sunchase condos 3 times now. But, the construction workers made so much noise 2 days that you couldnt hear yourself talk outside. At one point they were grinding paint off the scaffolding so they could repaint it? Couldnt they do that somewhere else. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. Oh and you may want to check the drain pipe from the wash machine. I think its leaking into the parking area below. Great place to stay. Weather was great!! Would definitively recommend.

Our host was extremely responsive prior to check in. When we arrived the condo was just as shown in the pictures. He also provides great information in the condo, along with his contact information in case you need anything.

Condo was very nice. Washer and dryer were a big hit. Very short walk to the beach. Centrally located. Everything we wanted/needed was a short drive. Short walk to The Beach House for great food.

Check in and check out was a breeze! Great location grocery store and ice cream in walking distance. Walk to the beach was short and the parking spot beside the stairs was nice.Cons (being picky overall it was fantastic)-ceilng fan in twin bedroom did not work-pool is a bit small and I could see it being overcrowded durring busy season -would have been nice to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper and soap for the bathoom ProsEverything else! We really enjoyed out stay here and would stay again!

The location was lovely. Right on the beach! The fan in the 2nd room would not turn on. Toaster stopped working. Pool is rather small and other families took over. Would stay again.

We chose this property because it was right on the beach and had a pool. The pool is small but was great for our kids ages 7 and 12 to have a break from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay again!

For our needs

We enjoyed our stay here. The location could not have been better. Literally steps to beach. We could see the pool while the kids were out there so that was great. The condo is small. It would be ideal for a couple or a small family with small children. We just didn’t have enough space and definitely needed a second bathroom. Parking is tight but great for taking in your stuff, right next to stairs. The area felt safe and I didn’t worry about leaving our beach items outside. Communication was good.

The Condo was cozy. Clean and neat. This is not a deal breaker, but I must say that I don't know that the furniture is new. I will stay there again. It was an ease of convenience to the beach. Robert was quick in his response when prompted. Overall, I will rate the property as 8.5/10. Thanks Robert!

Such a convenient location. Nice beds. Good AC. Quiet at night. Steps to the beach. Also convenient walk to a small grocery store, ice cream shop and restaurant.

Very consistent with listing. Pictures of condo were up to date. No surprises and easy to get in and out.

Great location! It was a very cozy condo, just perfect for our family of 4. Just a walk away from the beach and pool. Best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen/dining room floors were not swept very well, found old food along the island on the floor along with gum stuck to the floor. And there was no dust pan, that is a must have, when you are staying beach side to help keep up with the sand.

We stayed super busy riding bikes, shopping, golfing, visiting family and walking the beach. The sunset was beautiful.

Great location, right on the beach. Robert responded quickly to any questions we had.

The condo was very clean, the decor was very beach feeling loved the blue and yellow colors. Loves the twin beds for the girls. Very nice location. Just a few steps to the beach. Only thing we wish the pool was bigger. But yes we would stay here again.

This property is the best! The location is perfect and the units are amazing! With only three floors it's not over crowded and the beach is literally steps out the door! We love Sunchase!!!! Thank you for making our family vacations special!

The size was just right for me and kids. You could hear the kids running around up stairs but I have kids so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Loved the location and being able to step right out on the beach! Would stay here again!

Place was nice ,just had a rattling noise in the back bedroom. Very time the air came on it was a little noises.but over all had agreat trip. Thank you
