SUNBIRD - Panama City Beach stunning PENTHOUSE with panoramic DIRECT Ocean view!

Absolutely loved everything about this condo!

We had the best time at the Sunbird 1204 Penthouse! So comfortable/cozy/ romantic! Loved the living room and view even from the couch, lol! Loved the panoramic view from the balcony as well! Had a blast walking down to Pineapple Willys for lunch and a drink... then right back to our beach chairs! Also, owner went above and beyond to make sure we were accomidated and very responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and will definitely be back! Thanks again, Richard!

This tastefully decorated penthouse was immaculately clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials and basics. We enjoyed a fabulous coffee grind provided by our host who was always easy to reach and very accommodating. The beach view was amazing and we loved ever sunrise and sunset here. It’s close to everything and of course we love Pineapple Willys which is just steps away. We will certainly be back !! This is a wonderful condo and the host was so kind.

The views were everything we had hoped for. The condo was equipped with everything we needed with exception that it would have been nice to have an oven but we were able to fix everything we wanted right there. The host is very responsive. We will definitely remember this for our next stay in PCB

We had a very nice fortnight in this gem with a view. It perches on the twelfth floor with commanding views of the beach east and west. The living room is large and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, with every appliance needful and an enormous refrigerator. The host was very communicable and available, with suggestions for dining out. --And did I mention the views?!That said, the reasons we give a rating of four and not five are these: There is very limited storage, both in the small bedroom, where there is no dresser and only a rather small closet (we partially lived out of our suitcases), and in the narrow kitchen, where there is no cabinet space for food (we had to put our supplies on the small counter). It would be difficult for complicated cooking, and only one person could contribute. We occasionally blew a fuse with too many appliances in use, and we had trouble adjusting the thermostat for heat.In sum: A very nice place indeed, with superb views. But it could be even better.

A unique experience my wife and I had a great time the penhouse in excellent condition and extremely clean as in the photos. also very close to the pineapple :) excellent piña coladas I highly recommend it and the view towards the sea is fantastic!

We really loved our stay at this condo in Panama City. Communication with the owner was outstanding. He even recommended some great places for us to eat. Everything was very neat and clean, which is A+ for me. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This condo is the best on Panama city beach. The balcony view is stunning. Very private . The Host Richard makes you feel like family. They go above and beyond provided a welcome basket with goodies. Had enough toilet paper. Paper towels. Dishwasher detergent . Trash bags. Basically you didnt even have to use your own. Ive never stayed anywhere where the owners have put so much thoughtfulness into your rest and comfort. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well kept. Owner communication was excellent.

We had a great time during our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It had a great view of ocean. Very clean. The owner made sure we enjoyed our stay and was readily available if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!
