Sun-kissed beach condo with balcony, pools, game room, tennis & AC

This was our first time staying at Sea Watch, and overall, we had a wonderful summer vacation with our two kids. Every staff member we encountered from Security to the Vacasa office was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The unit itself has a fantastic view of the beach, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony and taking advantage of the great common areas Sea Watch has to offer. That said, there are definitely some areas where the unit could use improvement. The cleanliness and condition of the furniture and appliances left something to be desired. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable with noticeable lumps, and unfortunately, the master bathroom had a lingering odor we couldn’t seem to eliminate, even after cleaning it ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking, and both bedrooms would really benefit from updated furniture. The kids’ dressers handles were falling off. Despite these issues with the unit, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed the overall Sea Watch experience. With a few updates, this could be a really fantastic rental!

The place is clean and bldg has great parking and amenities.

The condo was nice, clean, up to date, and has an awesome porch and view. The 2 bedrooms plus two others rooms were plenty of space for our family of 6. The kitchen was equipped with good basic supplies and appliances, the beds and bathrooms were nice. The only thing I could say for improvments would be that the couches might need replacing soon, they are starting to get a little worn. The major plus for this property are the amenities of the building. The staff us wonderful, its always clean, and we really enjoyed the cinema, sauna, billards, basketball, and pickle ball offered there. The atrium aslo gives the building a wonderful atmosphere.

Felt very secure and safe as we were older

The unit was nice and the building and premises are well-maintained, but, in general, I believe that the prices for accommodations in Ocean City are very overpriced.

When we arrived we noticed the refrigerator didn't seem too cold.We turned the controls and waited til the next day and it was worse.Our food was getting warm and the ice was water.I went down to Vacasa office and left them know what was wrong.He came up to the room with me and figured it out.....the breaker switch flipped(didn't look it)we had flipped it back and forth twice but it didn't work for us.Thank you again

Unit 1703 at Sea Watch! Beds were not very comfortable! Queen was actually a double! All in all it was ok! No balcony table! It was stated in the reservation that there would be a shampoo, soap, paper towels but we had none!

Cute beachy condo, located nicely on strip close enough to everything, right on beach,wonderful amenities. Great stay

The unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean.

1703 at Seawatch has the most spectacular ocean view of any place we have stayed in OC. The place is fine for a short stay and well stocked with cleaning, paper products, nice bath products. We did not need to pack the usual items, making a much more convenient packing. We would definitely stay there again.
