Stayed Feb 13, 2025The property was very clean, the check in was easy and it in an excellent location near the Scottsdale Fashion Court and walkable to many restaurants. The pictures of this properly are accurate. It is also steps from the pool. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels.The negatives-1)Laundry facilities are in a separate building and locked with a code that you have to obtain from the manager. There was no detergent or fabric softener in the unit.2) The TV in the spare bedroom did not work. Also all tv’s are equipped either Roku meaning you can not access network tv, sports, or regular cable channels.3)The light went on periodically in the spare bedroom for no reason and often at night.4)The Tub faucet constantly dripped and the refrigerator ice maker was very noisy but made no ice.5)Fan in the master bedroom did not work.6) we needed more instructions from management so we wouldn’t have to call to resolve simple operating issues.Overall a four-star but be aware of above.

Stayed May 3, 2024This condo was nice and clean and was located in a quiet complex. However, the A/C did not work well. The temperature inside the condo was uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep because of this. This would be a great place to stay if the A/C worked well.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024Very convenient to so many attractions. Right next to the Fashion Mart Mall. Huge number of stores. Nice neighbors and loved the pool
