This spacious condo comes with all features and amenities to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The dining roomand full kitchen with granite countertops complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room comes with a queen-size sofa bed and the most stunning views of the ocean from your own private balcony.
Two spacious bedrooms with plenty of sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, and all essentials needed for a great stay.

Head to the indoor waterpark located right on the grounds of the resort and enjoy all the fun without leaving the resort. Start by swimming laps in the pool or playing basketball or volleyball in the teen pool. Your kids will have so much fun taking a deep-sea adventure in Silly Submarine. Relax in one of the 3 whirlpools. Pick up the pace on our Brand New speed slide or wild winding slide. The water parks are heated and fully enclosed from November 15th – April 30th.

Parking
• Free parking space at the property. (Parking pass will be provided. There is only one space for this unit.)
• Parking passes and pool bracelets have to be picked up at the front desk to sign the pool waiver, as well as provide cell and car registration info.

• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
