We were pleased overall with our stay. The unit is a bit dated, but it was clean and quiet.

Perfect location and property was as described. Could use a little updating and the floors need a deep cleaning. But overall very nice.

Not clean to start. Need to wash your feet off after walking on the 1990 tile floors. It looks the same as it did in the 90's for sure. We pulled the sheets, on our exit from the property as you are instructed to do. Crumbs under fitted sheet. The copboards are old and crumbly on the in side. You needed to wash anything you were about to use, And only supplied with one kitchen towel. No pot holders. The sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable to use. In a nut shell dont rent this unit. (1409 tower 3) Hopefully this help someone.

I enjoyed a relaxing week with my 2 children. I did run into one issue with the listing before traveling. Andrew from Marco Island Vacation Properties was the consummate professional and provided top class communication to help resolve the issue.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean, and stocked with the basics needed to start your vacation the view was amazing and we ate out meals on the spacious balcony every day. The pool was warm, clean and never overcrowded, and we appreciated that there was quiet time in the evenings. There was plenty of comfy furniture and the beds were great! From both bedrooms you had a perfect view of the sunrise and the ocean. Sunsets were glorious from the beach. CJ’s was our favorite restaurant, and conveniently close. Highly recommend this 14th floor unit and hosts!

Living room sofa needs to be replaced. Management company of this building are not customer friendly , showed lack of assistance.Would not stay in this resort again and would not recommend to anyone. Price for this unit is too high for the quality.

There were 2 coffee pots, one didn't work. The other we had to cobble together. It had a rusted bottom so it didn't appear safe. There was base board missing in places, the furniture was tired. I went there with family members, all of whom rented a unit in this building. Ours was not the quality of care the other units I have. The beach gear was broken, one f the unbrellas was totally broken and should have be thrown away. Mostly, the unit needs some attention
