SummreSpell 203 Amazing Gulf Views !

I took my son down for a quick, 2 night stay and I have to say it was exactly what we needed! The condo has everything you need for a long or quick stay and you cannot beat the location. Just steps to the beach and beautiful views. Super easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo as always! Very clean, close proximity to beach, exactly as described. The Host always replied to any message until the hour. Would recommend.

Super nice apartment modern up to date on everything in the apartment. Bathroom was immaculate and clean. Bedroom was beautiful and the mattress was comfortable as mine at home. Kitchen had everything you needed from appliances to pots and pans. The view from the Balcony was all ocean. Beautiful waking up and having breakfast on the balcony. Pool was nice hit tub was nice clean and hot. Definitely one of the best VRBOS I've stayed in. Location is great beach is literally a 3 minute walk. Only bummer is no washer and dryer in unit but they have a few onsite. Definitely would stay here again. Oh and the welcome basket is a Great gesture!!!

Great unit and great views. Close to restaurants and a walk across Scenic Hwy to the beach. Owner is very nice and spot on if you need anything.

We wanted an easy place to stay right across from the beach, where we could easily get in an out of our car and go exploring. This place was perfect. It is very well decorated, very clean, and easy to access. The owner was very communicative. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, easy, and feels like home, this is it!

Had a minor problem checking in but the host responded quickly with a new key code. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice for two adults and two small kids.

The condo was spotless and comfortable. We would stay there again. The digital door lock sticks a bit. The video was helpful to learn how to use the lock but it would be more helpful to add to the video that the humidity tends to make it stick sometimes. The sunsets are breathtaking and viewed from the lanai.

We enjoy staying at Summerspell and 203 is our favorite unit. The owners are so helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony can't be beat. It is so relaxing to hang out and watch the waves. There are plenty of TV channels and also some board games if you wish. Everything is always very fresh and clean. Plus it is easy to maintain that while you are staying with very little effort. It has become a home away from home.

When your only complaint is that the wi fi password is too long, you know you had a great stay. Spotless condo in a great location with a really nice pool at a price that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended.
