Summit 8th floor sleeps 5 ***FREE BEACH CHAIRS***

4 hours before check in were notified that the couch would be getting professionally cleaned the following day. Inconvenient yes, but not a deal breaker. What we should have been notified of was that both of the toilets were leaking and had to be replaced, which is what we found after walking into the unit. It was extremely hard to get ahold of anyone at Emerald Coast Destinations to figure out when we could check in or if we needed to be moved to a different room. After the fact, the second toilet still didn’t work properly. The floors felt dirty so I used a washcloth with soap and water which came up black. Just about every dish we got out of the cabinets/drawers were dirty. I believe the dishwasher wasn’t ran from the previous guests and the dishes were put away dirty. Upon further investigation of the couch, what looked like blood was stained all over it. The cleaner came the next day and the couch was wet for the next day and a half. But that didn’t matter anyways because the living room tv didn’t work either. The morning we left we saw cockroaches. The good parts of the condo: The view is amazing, we spent most of the time on the balcony. The unit came with beach chairs/umbrella which was nice. The bed was really comfortable:

This was the best girls trip I’ve had in a while!!! 8th floor had such an amazing view! This room did come with a washer and dryer - which was nice keeping clothing washed.Don’t trust your weather app either - lol!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you walk in it has a musty smell but once you open the balcony door it goes away! Checking in was easy and helpful. The elevators was not working all the time, at one time there was only one elevator that worked. The views from our balcony were just Beautiful!! Will definitely go back!’

Wonderful week!..the weather was perfect

We loved our stay at the Summit. The condo was nice but the bathroom could use an upgrade. We loved the resort and is close to everything. We will be back next year.

There was so much to do on the property itself. You really could stay there the whole time, two gorgeous pools, two hot tubs outside, one inside. Restaurant with normal fare...hot dogs, burgers etc..a tiki bar onsite!

Great and beautiful place to stay. The only downsides were they closed the pool 30 minutes before sunset each day because their floodlights for pool may disturb the turtles and they haven't replaced them. Also charged us $27 for registration and bracelets. thturtles and they

Really enjoyed the vacation. Everyone was so friendly and my room was extremely clean. Couldn't find any complaints. We will be visiting the summit and this room again.

Room 813 was just as pictured great view from the balcony me and my wife loved it there already booked next years trip just decided to go up to a few floors to 12th floor but stayed with same host because we loved the way this room was no trouble with our stay

Rooms had black mold on ceilings.
