Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit

(Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of

the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to

4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV,

WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and

the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT
r>TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a

Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking

(garage clearance 6' 9). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not

pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek

Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna,

full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit

comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first

come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

    We like this property because of the close proximity to Eagle lodge. Having underground parking is a bonus. We had a problem with the unit we booked. The after hours Mammoth reservations guy responded quickly to resolve the situation. I wish I remember his name, because he was great.

    This may not be advertised as ski in ski out, but it is literally a 3.5 min walk to eagle lodge(I have stayed in advertised ski in/out places that took way longer to get to lodge). Condo is nicely appointed. Balcony without grill however(May be a winter restriction). Comfortable main room beds and reasonably comfortable pull out couch. Heated floors were a wonderful luxury. Would stay again in a heart beat.

    This updated condo was absolutely gorgeous inside, couldn't ask for more. The Conveniently located on the corner of the building made easy access. The only drawback was the parking garage. We couldn't fit our truck with the bike racks in but there was plenty of parking on the street and in front. However someone from the over zealous Association committee began putting hand written notes on cars warning them they would be towed away. This was puzzling as we there were no signs from the city, we were legally parked with part of the vehicle on the property where we were staying. This put a bit of a damper on our trip

    The condo was recently renovated. That's a huge plus. However, we wish there was room on the balcony for some chairs. Most the balcony is consumed with firewood. Also, the bedroom faces west. Making it unsuitably warm to use till the evening. Apart from these issues, the condo suited our needs for a week of hiking. I cannot comment on the amenities of the complex as we did not use them.
