Summit 513 'Sea Pearl' ~ Short walk to beach access!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean. TV in front bedroom was but user friendly but other 2 were fine. We weren’t in the room long enough for it to be an issue. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except no cookie sheet for baking our morning biscuits so we used a casserole dish. Our only complaint was with TOPS’L beach rules No complaints with Gibson Rentals that’s why I wouldn’t recommend unit.

The pool areas were nice and the gas BBQ pit was such an awesome surprise! The kids enjoyed the property especially the basketball courts and putt putt! We will definitely be back!

The kitchen had all the basics you’d expect, the beds were comfortable. Nicely updated! My only complaint is the Tops’l private beach. This is our 4th year staying at Tops’l and I was really disappointed with how far away and how small the “guest” beach area is now. It’s gotten very small and crowded, meanwhile there are dozens of empty rental chairs. For the weekly price, it seems guests should be able to bring their own items to the beach and actually have a spot to sit.

The condo was just as described and very clean when we arrived. I love the ease of using an app for everything and it made communication with management very easy. I’m already looking at other places managed by Gibson in this area for next year so we can try to get one right in the beach. (The walk from Summit is not terrible.) The location was very family friendly and the beaches were beautiful.

Perfect for our family! Clean and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen fully stocked so we could cook in when we wanted. Definitely will keep the listing in mind for another trip when we return to Miramar!

It was nice being close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed The Ocean Club with the early dining specials. It would have been helpful to have grab bars in the shower area.
