Condo was exactly as described, host was great with communication and the condo had everything I needed.

Unit was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Pools were fantastic and included beach chair service was so nice to have.

The condo was exactly like described online. New furniture, killer view of the gulf.

Condo was absolutely perfect for our little vacation! Clean and everything we needed was there. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing. Location was unbelievably perfect to get to just about anywhere you want. Loved the beach access and security on grounds. If you are looking for that kool-aid blue see to the bottom water, as my daughter called it, this is the place. And Cheryl Rainwater is the absolute best! Would highly recommend this place!!!! Photos are taken with my phone and no touchups.

Great location and a great place to stay!!

The property owner sends me a message saying I left the condo in a mess!! Totally a lie I sweep cleaned sliding door did everything they ask to be done!! I did take pictures when we left that I will be sending her and disputing that claim!!! The toliet wouldn’t flush good we notified her and she did nothing… now wants to charge me for all these concerns and I had documented all of those accusations thank goodness! So beware!! The attached pictures are when we checked out!! The cleaning people clearly LIED!!

Great condo - located on the 4th floor! Owner was very helpful and communicated well. We even had a minor issue and it was taken care immediately and the owner made sure we were good. Would definitely rent again…very clean and safe area. My kids loved it too!

My sister and I stayed here for a sister trip. We loved that the beach chairs were included in the rental. We also loved bikini bobs bar and grill right on the property so we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to. It was nice being on Thomas drive away from the busyness of PCB.

Annual rental is never a disappointment. It’s so comfortable and has become like our home for the week.

The condo unit was just as described. Check in was uncomplicated; no issues. Also, owner response was quick on any questions I had. Would recommend for solo or small family travel groups.

Everything was great. The location is in a prime spot for bike week and we enjoyed our stay. My wifes mother is having heart issues so this may be her last ride. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This has so far been the best location I have stayed while visiting PCB. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to have a perfect beach vacation. The property itself was great as well. Security on property, heated swimming pool, private beach access, and much more. Trust me on this. Book this room.

Great place to stay. Older but well kept. Was a little apprehensive at first with all the Spring breakers but security was right on top of everything! Quiet and friendly place. Will definitely look to come back again!!

This unit was perfect for my family. All 5 of us fit comfortably. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice bonus. It is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment and a short drive to St. Andrews (which i highly recommend!). The only thing is that the pool closes at 8 because they don't have the permit for night swimming (i found this out after talking to the employees), this was a non issue for us because after being at the beach and doing other activities we were tired and decided to just hang out on the balcony and play games/watch movies. But if you're wanting some night swimming, you can't do that. Overall i highly recommend.

Cheryl was easy to communicate with and a great host. The condo is beach front with a great view and location. The beach is absolutely stunning. Everything listed is accurate. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and kitchen necessities. Only recommendation pertaining to the condo itself, would be to dust/clean a little more. This next section is out of the listings control but worth noting: some of the elevators were not working. Thankfully the condo is only on the 4th floor. Another important note, the pool closes at 8pm every night (despite the signs stating 11pm). Overall, this was a great stay and we would return again.

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean. The chairs included are a plus. The owner was very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would stay in her condo again!
