Check in process was very simple. Unit was clean and views were great.

The condo was wonderful ! The kitchen had everything you could need, felt like home. My only complaint would be, the bedroom could use a dresser or something to put your clothes in, but not a big deal. We will definitely stay here again

The condo was ok. A few issues. Mold on bathroom ceiling, handle in shower to adjust temperature barely working..took several scalding showers, oven takes about 30 minutes to preheat, sleeper sofa broken supports at foot of bed. Elevators barely worked. Easy access to the beach and beautiful view.

Zero complaints. We stayed this week with me my fiancé and our 4 daughters ages 15, 11, 7 and 5 months and our stay was nothing short of amazing. Perfect view on the 4th floor and the cutest condo. I adored the decor as it’s my farm house type style. Absolutely adorable. The condo over all had everything we needed. We did need to purchase more toilet paper and trash bags but no worries at all we are a larger family. The beds were super comfy. Such a homey cozy condo. You do need your own beach towels. Will definitely book again. Amazing host and commutation. Check in was super easy. Pools were great. There’s even beach chairs set up with an umbrella and jet skis outside the summit at the beach access that you can rent and it’s overall affordable and so convenient especially having an infant. We paid 120 for the chairs&umbrella for 3 days. (They already have them set up outside for you) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and we hope to book again next year! 5 star!

Our group stayed in this condo from March 15th-22nd and we were immediately disappointed. For the past 4 years, we have stayed at the Summit but in a different condo and have never had the trouble we had with this condo and the host. To start, the condo was dirty when we got there. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, dirt/sand all over the floor to where our feet were black (we understand we are at the beach, but it had not been swept/cleaned from prior booking), sponges at sink had food all over, mirrors dirty, etc. The pullout couch is broken unless you want to sleep upright, you are unable to lay flat so it is extremely uncomfortable. We contacted Steve and he just kept saying “it works fine for everyone else”. The ice maker gave out brown pieces of ice and was leaking down into the fridge. We had a group of 6 and were only given 4 bath towels in the beginning. However, we asked and someone brought us some. There are no dressers so don’t expect to unpack clothes. The condo said it provided a blender, it did not. The host told us that if we went out and bought a blender that he would pay us back. He kept telling us that he paid us back, but we did not receive money until after we left. Steve said that people sometimes take things, which is understandable, however he should check for missing items prior to having new guests. This condo is EXTREMELY outdated and has decor covered in dust. The price is cheap for a reason, would not recommend staying here!

Great location, nice amenities including a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a tiki bar. The room itself was a bit small for our family, but there’s 6 of us. And 3 are teens. Perfect for the price.

I waited a week to post a review so I wasn't just reacting hastily. Cute decor, most was non functional or broken. We stepped in to a fishy smell all over the condo, most likely coming from under the kitchen sink. It appeared to have an ongoing and very old leak from somewhere. Gnats were swarming the kitchen the entire time we were there. I called the landlord within minutes of getting in the property because there was a pile of dirty rugs and other items on one of the balcony chairs and because I had to purchase a parking pass and arm bands for the property and I didn't see this in the description anywhere. I told him the condo was dirty and that I would clean what needed to be cleaned, but he did offer to send cleaning staff back, but it was almost 6pm, so I really didn't want to deal with that. I got to disinfecting the kitchen and realized some ice from our cooler had dropped on the floor and was melting. When I wiped it up off the floor my paper towel was disgusting. I was barefoot so I checked my feet and they were BLACK! I had only been in the condo for about 15 minutes! I wore shoes inside for the rest of our stay. When I pulled the covers back to go to bed that night there was a big ball of hair on my sheet. Needless to say we were both ready to go somewhere else even though we had already paid here. The bathtub had sharp edges where enamel was cracking off. Beach setup was fantastic, pools looked amazing. Spa looked moldy. Cats were fun to watch on the grounds.

Unit 406 was beautiful, all though it rained we still had a great time. Thank you.

We had an awesome stay. Condo was roomier than I thought it would be. Balcony was a good size. The Summitt itself was a really nice place. Everyone was happy. The amenities are great- from the Tiki Bar to Bikini Bobs. They even have an air compressor for your rafts, etc. on the walkway to the beach. The wait for the elevators was not a problem. Only a few times we had to wait a little longer, like during checkin on Saturday but in reality that wait was less than 5 minutes.
