This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (located in the Forester building) sleeps 4

people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge! Enjoy all the comforts of home

with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom offers a king

size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is kids

sized small Twin bunk beds just off the dining room. Relax after a day on the

mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools (summer only). (PLEASE<br>
NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) Summit 45

offers free WiFi and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9). This

unit is pet friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only,

    Such a great condo in an amazing location! Just a short walk to the lift. Perfect for a couple or small family. We had a wonderful time!

    We don’t have a pet, and didn’t know what to expect from a pet friendly rental. It was hair and odor free... no sign of pets having been there except for the large basket of dog food by the fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a very comfortable stay.

    Very comfortable and well appointed condo steps from Eagle. Underground parking was a huge asset in the snow.

    Overall very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen sink was broken as was the dish washing machine. The complex also has very poor cell reception. Despite these things, being a short walk from the Eagle lift makes this a decent option for a snow weekend get-away.

    Great location - steps to mountain, Jacuzzi, short drive to village. Clean, all kitchen supplies necessary and most importantly allow our fur baby. Also Mammoth reservations Rocks - efficient, quick to help with any problems/ questions, good customer service.Definitely will stay again!

    The Summit unit was accurate from description and photos with excellent stocking of cooking supplies/ equipment. This coupled with the superb location make it a gem. The reservation company was less than desirable. We were told the cleaners/ office staff would contact us when unit was ready which they did NOT do; it did not appear that anything but clean towels toiletries were all that was done by staff.

    First off, the unit is well decorated, comfortable and you can't beat the location for skiing out of Eagle Lodge. I would give my review a lower rating, but the issues are with poor property management and shouldn't reflect on things that are out of the owner's control. First issue on arrival, the unit reaked of stale cigarette smoke which saturated all our belongings over 3 days. The carpet was saturated with water from a presumed dishwasher leak ..we notified the property management company and never heard anything until I called again the next day and then someone came out sucked the water out of the carpet and left. The next night water started pouring through the light fixture in the ceiling of the bathroom from the upstairs neighbors shower. There were obvious signs of water damage in the bedroom ceiling as well. No one goes on vacation to deal with other people's water remediation issues. The property management company was slow to respond and never offered to move us to another unit or even to apologize for the inconveniences. I feel sad for the owners of this unit because it's gonna be a mold festival in the future.
