I was very impressed with the furnishings in the entire unit. I occupied the unit alone but if I had my family, there were more than enough supplies stocked up, sheets, blankets, beach chairs etc. I totally enjoyed this unit and will ask for this unit when I return to PCB next spring,

This was my 3rd time at The Summit this year, and this was the cleanest room I've stayed in. Well stocked and very thoughtful touches.

Convenient location, beachfront and great for my family of 5!

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by an uncomfortable check-in experience. The front desk staff, particularly Anni, came across as unprofessional. I was required to disclose my children’s names and ages—even though that information was already provided when I booked. I found that request to be invasive and concerning from a safety standpoint. When I brought it up with the property manager, she was unaware this was a requirement, which raised even more red flags for me.Additionally, the condo had a persistent musty smell that we couldn't eliminate, even after cleaning and purchasing an air purifier.On a positive note, the property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. However, due to the privacy issues and overall discomfort, we would not book this property again. My family's safety and peace of mind are too important.

Overall it was a good stay

It was exactly as expected. Layout and amenities were just what we needed. We were there for a dance competition. Some unexpected glitches arose but absolutely none of them were caused by the owner or the unit. We need to have a do-over trip to get to do everything we had planned. We are hoping to stay there again when our schedule permits.

The summit is always great. The room was clean and well layed out. Te small details like having chairs and umbrella in the room to use was great. Really recommend it to anyone.
