Nicely furnished 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is

located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and walking distance

to Eagle Lodge and across from the Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen, 50 inch

flat screen smart TV, stereo and wood burning fireplace that you can cozy

around on the large sectional couch. The master bedroom features a King size

bed and the loft features a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the
r>living room. The master and the loft feature an en-suite private full

bathroom. The loft has a work space desk which is great if you must do some

remote working or schooling, with high speed WiFi! This light and bright condo

has Mountain views and overlooks the community Tennis courts from the private

balcony. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0),

(PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A

PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna,

tennis courts, fitness room, laundry facilities, and a pool and BBQ area

(summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is pet friendly

(one pet allowed upon approval). All guests receive complimentary full access

to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a

first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two

    This is a good location, although not as good as Emerson and some other buildings. Also, the listing says it is 2 bedroom (in large bold font) and only elaborates that it is actually 1 br + loft in fine print. The wall heater died as we stayed there. The handy man came in the same day I called, but did not actually fix it. There is a spare plug-in heater though, so was not a problem for us. The hot tub and sauna are close to the entrance, but for some reason the walkway was not cleared, so one has to walk knee dip in the snow.

    The unit is right by the Eagle Lift, so it's great for skiing. You can walk to the lift without worrying about parking. The unit itself was clean and just as advertised.

    This is a wonderful condo. Welcoming, clean and very is in a building with less units and is tucked away a little.

    I really like how clean and comfortable this property is and over all comfort. This was the first time I sayed in the main bedroom. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the mattress in that room. It is super soft. So soft that we took turns sleeping on the sofa.

    A stress free experience and excellent customer service with easy check-in and departure. We were allowed an early check-in and late check-out which allowed an additional day of skiing. Property was as described and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge lift. We had an excellent stay and would book this condo again.

    This unit was close walking distance to Eagle lodge.. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens. The fireplace was VERY temperamental, bring duraflame logs. The bathroom floor didn’t look super clean upon arrival. Coffee pot didn’t go with the dispenser and we ended up with coffee everywhere, it took over 24 hours for it to be replaced with a working coffee pot. Overall the unit was fine, ran down and dated but not horrible.

    It was a wonderful vacation with our family and dogs. It was perfect time at the condo for family dinners and just hanging out. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna near by. The unground parking was perfect when it was snowing

    The stay was excellent, only issue was all of the steps. The photos of the condo gave us the impression that it was located on the first and second floor, not the second and third.
