people. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building

and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo

and wood stove. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a bunk bed

with a full size bottom bunk, twin on top and twin trundle. The complex offers

underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL<br>
BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE

OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and

a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground

assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within

    This condo has never experienced any upgrades since it was built. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The coffee maker was broken. Luckily, Ii found a brand new, unopened box with a new coffee pot in it There weren't even hangers in the closet for our clothes. If you're going to rent out your unit. care enough to make it nice for your renters.

    The place was beautiful, good atmosphere, no one bothers you, it includes everything. It's one of the best places I've been with my family and the best of all is they give you a 5-star service for a good price.

    This condo really needs updating. When we checked in there were used Covid tests under the sink that should have been in the trash can, but somehow the previous guests missed the trash can and housekeeping didn’t notice. It didn’t start the trip out on a good note. The fireplace is wood burning- but it smelled so strongly of fire when we checked in that we were coughing and sneezing all night. The smell did get better over the few days we were there and we never dared to light a fire. The kitchen is tiny, but well stocked. Bring any condiments- there isn’t a supply of anything- but maybe that’s standard now due to Covid. The bed comforters and blankets are old and wrapped in sheets to look like a duvet cover. Kind of just made us feel like they weren’t clean. The underground parking is a nice and there were 2 sleds on the balcony that my boys enjoyed using. The building is nice. There is potential for this unit, but it needs some basic upgrades- everything is outdated. Also, the toilet in the loft broke during our stay- property mgmt was on it and they fixed it very quickly. I would stay here again only if the price was right. We way overpaid for what it is.
