Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Cozy and charming unit

located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance

to Eagle Lodge lifts. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar top dining for 4, flat

screen TV and comfortable couch with memory foam pull out sofa bed. The master

bedroom has a California King with memory foam mattress and flatscreen TV and

access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked

with everything you need to prepare meals. This unit has WiFi internet access

and overlooks the community Pool at the Summit. The complex offers underground

parking (garage clearance 7' 0), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR

MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS

COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool

(Summer only). Located on the green shuttle line, this unit is on the third

floor of the Bradley building and provides elevator access. Pet friendly, this

unit will allow one pet (dogs only, no cats due to severe allergy). All guests

receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground

assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within

the complex. The unit is located on the third floor, is all on one level and

this building has elevator access. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

    We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean, well equipped, quiet It was great for walks with our dog on the grounds, around the neighborhood and close to the bike path .It was easy to check in/out.If there is one thing I’d change is that the lock not be a key lock but a code lock . Otherwise I highly recommend this unit !

    This is a no frills place but it’s very clean and has a great location (walking distance from eagle) plus it’s on the third floor (no upstairs neighbors) and there’s an elevator!!! Walls aren’t well insulated so you would hear nextdoor neighbors if they were loud. We have stayed twice for 2 nights trips and it was perfect for the price. We will stay again, thank you! Oh yea, we appreciated the high shower head!

    This place was a very comfortable one bedroom condo with everything you need for a nice vacation! The kitchen was fully stocked, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glassware, plastic cups, condiments, blender, coffeemaker, etc, everything was there! It was very very clean and the bed.....oh the comfortable, my daughter wanted to take the bed home!It has underground parking and allows your fur baby to stay with you. The kitchen table was convenient and surprisingly comfortable. The couches were also very nice. I would definitely give this 10 stars if I could. I will select this place again when returning to Mammoth.As for the building, it's a condo, so it's not a cabin, although the building is older, it is kept in great shape. The halls, elevator and garage were all clean.

    Be aware the place is on the 3rd floor. If you have bikes, it is a bit awkward with the elevator. Otherwise all good.The shower head was the only thing that I would change out. It is that horrible college shower head that blasts you in the face with hard fine particles and somehow takes all the heat out of the water by the time it hits the lower half of you body. So many good shower heads available these days that are awesome and not expensive.

    Condo was beautiful with many amenities included. Above all else, it was well maintained and immaculate. We can't wait to come back!

    The only issue we had was that there was no icemaker, as was stated in the description, but there were plenty of ice tray in the freezer. I was able to put my boat in the parking lot at one of the other Summit complexes.

    I had a six month lease and worked out of this unit when I wasn't playing on the mountain or in the forest. I'd do it again.
