This amazing corner unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington

building. Remodeled 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom unit that will sleep up to

8 people. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, TV/DVD, WiFi, and wood burning fireplace.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a queen

bed and the loft has two sets of bunk beds. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE

CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi,pool,

sauna, tennis court, fitness room, and underground parking (garage clearance

6' 9). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All

guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground

assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within

the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

    I like the overall rental experience, the place is clean and resides in a convenient location, walking distance to eagle lodge. The major difficulty is that the unit sits on the 2nd floor, and the garage is on the -1 floor, so moving stuff from the car to the room without an elevator is really painful.

    Very easy experience. If you rent this unit get the access code for the door - much easier than using the keys. Can easily accomodate two families - two large bedroom suites and loft with four beds for the kids.

    Unit 110 in Huntington. Unit needs fan repair in upstairs bathroom, fan does not work.
