Summerlin-Beachfront for Late Summer! 5 Star!

This condo was amazing and the best place I have ever stayed at. The owners were great about communication and the place was very clean. There was almost no walk to the beach it was so close. We can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful place to stay! Very close to the beach which wasn't crowded and beautiful. This property had everything you could possibly need on a vacation and away from home. Love the view from our generous sized balcony as well Highly recommend this property!!!!

Our vacation was amazing. The condo was so comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Loved watching the sunsets on the balcony and dolphins in the morning. Would definitely book again!

Communication with the property owners was outstanding. They consistently provided prompt and informative responses to any inquiries we had. When the air conditioning unit in the property failed, they notified us in advance of the issue and made every effort to resolve it in a timely manner. Throughout the process, they kept us well informed, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and accountability.

Everything about this vacation reservation was great. The condo unit is very clean, great location without an overcrowded beach and communication with the condo owners is fantastic. The unit did not disappoint and would definitely stay here again.

We love staying here. It is always clean and well provisioned. This is our second year in a row. We’ve stayed in two other condos in the area; none were close to this experience. We enthusiastically give it 5 full stars!

Our second time at this beautiful condo. The weather was perfect and the views are amazing. Easy getting into the condo with clear instructions. The only thing we were disappointed is the listing stated DVD player but none was available and as we brought our own DVDs. No a major problem because the views and weather more than made up for it.

I would definitely stay here again The condo was clean and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. It was a girls getaway trip but I will definitely be taking my family back with me. The weather did not cooperate but there are plenty of restaurants that are a quick drive as well as shopping and nail salons!

Second time in this property. Very well maintained and everything you need. I will book again if we are back in FWB.

Modern, superbly clean unit. Beautiful view of the beach. Loved using the cleaned BBQ grills. Well equipped with modern appliances. The king mattress could be replaced. Will stay here again.

This is one of my favorites. It has easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I would stay here again.

Our condo was great. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that you would need to make your meals if desired. There were even some spices and cooking sprays in the cupboard. Another added bonus was the pool or beach gear that was in the laundry room. Very handy.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The condo is perfect with everything we needed. Beautiful beach and sand, pool was very relaxing and clean.

This was our 2nd visit to this location and unit. We like the ease of access to the beach. The only negative was the fact we could not open the Master bedroom door wall so could not access the balcony from the bedroom. This needs attention.

This is our third stay in this unit and we love it!!! The location cannot be beat and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The condo is set up nicely with two fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk in showers. It is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby easily. We will continue using this condo for as long as it is available.

We’ve spent a week on Fort Walton Beach for the last 5 years. This was our best experience. The unit was clean and well appointed. They even had toys and extra beach chairs. I can’t see us staying anywhere else in the area.
